How to Book Your Own

Virtuoso Preferred Hotel:

1) Browse: Click the “Book My Hotel” button below to access the Sterling Journeys’ Preferred Hotels portal. Simply input your destination, dates, and number of travelers to browse your luxury options.

Please note: The booking portal works best on desktop browsers; if accessing via a mobile device, you must scroll to the bottom of the web page and click “Full Site” in the footer section.

2) Book: Browse your options by room category and rates. Once you make your selection, click the “Book” button to proceed.

If this is your first time using the portal, you’ll be prompted to create your account. You’ll then be able to complete your booking.

3) Confirm: Once you complete your booking, both you and the Sterling Journey’s team will receive your confirmation. If you have additional special requests for the hotel, just let us know, and we will confirm your preferences on your behalf.

The hotel I’m looking for isn’t coming up—can you help?

While our turnkey booking tool is extensive, not every luxury hotel is listed. But we may still have special access to your preferred hotel—please reach out to us directly at inquiries@sterlingjourneys.com, and we’ll let you know if we can book on your behalf. Include your desired dates and room category in your request.

Can I book a hotel at the last minute?

The booking portal does not allow you to book a hotel within 24 hours of check-in—please contact us directly at inquiries@sterlingjourneys.com if you need to book within 24 hours.

I need to change or cancel my booking—how do I do that?

Reach out to us directly at inquiries@sterlingjourneys.com for any changes or cancellations, as these cannot be processed through the portal directly.

I’m having trouble booking using the portal; how can I troubleshoot?

The portal works best on a web browser; please try accessing via your computer if you’re having issues on your smartphone or tablet. If you still can’t complete your booking, reach out to us, and we’d be happy to help!

How much does it cost to use the portal?

Booking through our Preferred Hotels portal is fee-free! However, if you require extensive changes or need a last-minute booking, we reserve the right to charge a $75 assistance fee.
